The need for increased recruitment by businesses is very large, the province’s expected demand for 2024 is from 60,000-80,000 workers.
Some fields such as garment, backpack and handbag sewing, sofa sewing, electronics, wood, shoes, plastic, printing, hardware… need a lot of labor, creating job opportunities for unskilled workers.
According to Mr. Pham Van Tuyen, the first months of the year are often the time when workers will have many advantages in terms of job opportunities, so workers also tend to change jobs.
On the other hand, many businesses in the province have returned orders, so the need to recruit skilled and unskilled workers has also increased.
According to records, due to increased recruitment demand, recruiting labor for businesses in Binh Duong is starting to become more difficult. Recently, there has been less labor force returning to Binh Duong. Enterprises that cannot recruit enough workers must contract with supply companies. However, the number of recruits is not much.
Currently, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Binh Duong province is implementing measures to attract workers to Binh Duong. Binh Duong Provincial Labor Confederation also updated the list of businesses with grassroots unions recruiting workers and sent it to the Labor Confederation of other provinces to connect and introduce jobs to workers.
