According to the traffic police, the most violations are related to speed and failure to obey traffic lights. The police agency has issued a decision to sanction and publicize the list of violating vehicles on the industry’s website, press and media agencies of Vinh Phuc province.

At the same time, the police send a notice of violation to the place of residence so that the vehicle owner can carry out the fine payment process according to regulations.

Like Dan tri information, in June 2023, Vinh Phuc Provincial Police opened the Center for managing and operating technical means of crime prevention.

The project “Installation of cameras to ensure security and order, traffic safety, urban civilization, and prevention of law violations” in districts and cities in Vinh Phuc is invested by this province’s police. Initially deployed in Vinh Yen City, then replicated in other localities.

The system includes a command and control center, 3 monitoring centers with more than 200 surveillance cameras, and specialized servers. Information collection and processing is performed using AI artificial intelligence, a module to detect and record violations of traffic-related laws.
