Hospital vehicle 5678 has 05 crew members led by Mr. Nguyen Van Qui (born: 1990, residing in Thuong Phuoc 2 commune, Hong Ngu district, Dong Thap province). Each vehicle was carrying more than 400m3 of saline sand but there were no documents proving the legality of the goods. The captain and chief engineer could not present professional certificates.

Next, at 00:40 on April 23, also in the above area, the working group continued to discover vehicle DN 1048 with 06 crew members, driven by Mr. Nguyen Van Thu (born: 1983, residing in Nghia Hai commune, Nghia Hung district, Nam Dinh province) as captain. At the time of inspection, the vehicle was transporting more than 400m3 of saline sand; The captain or chief engineer cannot present a certificate of professional competence; Unable to present invoices or documents proving the origin of the sand in the vehicle’s cargo compartment.
