PC Quang Binh urgently organized a meeting of the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control to immediately deploy a plan to overcome damage after the storm. By 12 o’clock on the same day, the entire power grid in Dong Hoi City area was inspected and power supply was restored to areas with technical assurance (photo above).

At the scene, PC Quang Binh also organized a synthetic resurrection drill on dolls with 10 competing teams (image). After 4 hours from the issuance of the drill order, the 2024 drill took place and was completed according to plan, performed with absolute safety.
