During the investigation, the Police Investigation Agency determined that during the process of Thang Long Real Estate Company of Nguyen Van Hau (ie Hau “Phan”, Chairman of Phuc Son Group) implementing the Wholesale Market and Area Project Vinh Tuong urban area, Vinh Phuc province, Hau has directly met many times, given money and raised issues thanks to creating favorable conditions for calculating land use fees for Thang Long Real Estate Company.
