Mr. Ho Van Dung, Deputy Director of Dak Lak Customs Department, said that Dak Lak Customs Department has signed and implemented the Customs – Business partnership agreement, maintaining cooperation content with the Association. Young entrepreneurs of Dak Lak province, Young Entrepreneurs Association of Lam Dong province and 14 businesses are regular partners at Customs Branches.

At the same time, participate in resolving problems and congestion in trade activities, mitigating conflicts between parties related to import and export activities of goods, immigration and transport vehicles.

Mr. Dung said that, from the signing and implementation of the Customs – Business partnership agreement, the Dak Lak Provincial Customs Department has been gradually bringing the image of the Customs agency’s activities closer to the community. business community in the management area.

The reason is that businesses belonging to associations in the area operate in many different fields and diverse industries, the number of businesses with import-export activities in associations is only a small proportion, Not yet directly exporting or importing goods or only producing and trading to serve the domestic market, they are only initially approaching the provisions of customs law.

Therefore, the Customs agency has difficulty selecting and organizing practical activities for members of the association, mainly propaganda activities, and has not yet implemented intensive support programs. for import and export activities of the Business Association.
