The report at the working session shows that in 2024, Ngan Son district assigned a total capital plan to implement national target programs of more than 206.6 billion VND, of which investment capital is more than 95.3 billion VND, career capital is more than 111 billion VND, 3 billion VND, including capital implemented in 2024 and capital carried forward in 2022 and 2023.

By April 15, 2024, the district had only disbursed more than 10.5 billion VND, reaching about 5% of the plan (slow disbursement according to plan), of which the National Target Poverty Reduction Program disbursement reached 8.39%; The National Target Program for economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas reached 2.12%; The National Target Program to build new rural areas has not yet been disbursed.

Currently, the district’s biggest difficulty with the National Target Program on New Rural Construction is that the mobilization of resources has not met the needs, leading to difficulty in completing infrastructure criteria and capital requirements. .

At the meeting, departments and branches discussed and clarified a number of contents, including instructions on implementing investment procedures and speeding up the disbursement of investment capital. Regarding non-business capital, departments and branches request that the district soon deploy project models. Departments and branches will regularly guide localities in the implementation process.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Dang Binh, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, requested Ngan Son district to be determined and make more efforts to implement the Program. The District People’s Committee assigns disbursement targets to each unit to serve as a basis for assessing the level of completion of tasks at the end of the year.
