Online quiz “Learn about the life and revolutionary career of comrade Hoang Dinh Giong”.

The Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda Department issued Plan No. 255/BTGTU on organizing the online multiple-choice contest “Learning about the life and revolutionary career of comrade Hoang Dinh Giong”.

The contest aims to propagate and educate officials, party members and people of all walks of life about comrade Hoang Dinh Giong’s background, life, career, and great contributions to the Vietnamese revolution and his homeland. As tall as; noble moral qualities of comrade, one of the first class members of the Party, a steadfast communist soldier, wholeheartedly loyal to the Party, to the country, to the People, an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, an outstanding son of the Vietnamese people and his hometown of Cao Bang, a typical senior leader of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution.

Expressing the pride and deep gratitude of cadres, party members and people from all walks of life towards comrade Hoang Dinh Giong, thereby encouraging the study of his revolutionary moral example in particular and revolutionary predecessors in general among all cadres, party members and people, especially the younger generation; contributing to the effective implementation of Project No. 19-DA/TU, dated August 13, 2019 of the Provincial Party Committee on innovating traditional propaganda and education work on Cao Bang’s revolutionary period, period 2019 – 2025.

Competition content: Background, life, revolutionary career, and contributions of comrade Hoang Dinh Giong – a typical senior leader of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution.

Competition format The competition is organized in the form of an online multiple choice test on the Internet with a set of questions including 20 knowledge questions and 1 additional question predicting the total number of participants. Each multiple choice question has 4 answers, the contestant chooses 1 correct answer.

Competition time: May 2024: Organize a competition to celebrate the 49th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and unification of the country (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2024); 70 years of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 – May 7, 2024); 134 years of President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday (May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2024); 120 years since the birth of Comrade Hoang Dinh Giong (June 1, 1904 – June 1, 2024).

Prize structure: The Organizing Committee of the Contest grants certificates and rewards to groups and individuals as follows: Collective prize: 1 first prize of 4 million VND; 1 second prize 3 million copper; 1 third prize of 2 million VND. Individual prizes: 1 first prize of 2 million VND, 2 second prizes of 1.5 million VND each; 3 third prizes, each prize 1 million VND; 5 consolation prizes, each prize is 500 thousand VND.
