The selected plan has a modern architectural style, suitable for development trends. The design solution solves the feeling of frustration in the small space of the land area because the project is designed as a block, harmoniously combining the Central Cultural House and the headquarters of the units under the industry. Culture.

With its construction location in the center of Ninh Binh city, the Provincial Central Cultural House project is a highlight of the City’s architecture, urban landscape and culture, built on a land area of ​​6,453 m2. with an investment scale of 3 blocks: The block for performing and gathering large numbers of people has an elliptical auditorium with a capacity of 750 people, construction area of ​​about 1,892 m2; office block and stairs to the roof; Construction area is about 956m2; Basement block for support and engineering, construction area 2,816m2.

According to the design, the Provincial Center Cultural House project includes full technical infrastructure such as landscape garden, car garage, technical warehouse, generator house… Other auxiliary items including: elevator, music pit raised floor system, air conditioning system, indoor water supply equipment and puppet water filtration system, fire protection system equipment, light electrical system, sound system, lighting and business tools for working areas and halls. The project is determined to have a useful life of 50 to 100 years.
