On April 24, Ho Chi Minh City authorities continued to investigate a white car that made a reckless turn causing an accident for two young men on a motorbike but did not stop.

Authorities reconstructed the scene.

As Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper reported, on the afternoon of April 16, a car drove on Vo Chi Cong street, Phu Huu ward (Thu Duc city), towards Phu My bridge to Phu Huu bridge. When arriving at the intersection of the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay highway (near Phu Huu roundabout), he suddenly turned right and hit two young men on motorbikes in the same direction.

Two motorcyclists fell on the road and suffered minor injuries. It is worth mentioning that the car left the scene. The above incident was then posted on many social networking platforms, causing anger.

Authorities then stepped in to search for those involved.

Traffic police regulate the scene.

On the morning of April 24, Phu Huu Ward Police and Cat Lai Traffic Police Team (Ho Chi Minh City Police Traffic Police Department) invited relevant people to reconstruct the scene to determine the error.

Initially, it was determined that this was a traffic collision, not an administrative violation related to the traffic field. The purpose is to reconstruct the scene to investigate the cause and then determine the fault of each party to handle according to legal regulations.
