As of March 31, in the area, there were 10 businesses that were delayed in paying social insurance for a long time with the highest amount being 16 billion VND, the lowest amount being 2.5 billion VND.

According to Mr. Hieu, in order to recover money from businesses that are late paying for a long time, Binh Duong Provincial Social Insurance has applied a number of measures to recover late payment money such as propaganda and reminders to raise awareness of business owners’ compliance. .
For units that are more than 3 months late in paying, apply measures to handle the employer’s responsibility to pay medical examination and treatment costs for employees, then the health insurance card will not be valid for medical examination and treatment.
In addition, every month the social insurance agency will send a list of units that are slow to pay for 3 months or more to agencies and sectors, requesting support and coordination in monitoring and urging units that are slow to pay social insurance.
