To honor the contributions of heroic martyrs, soldiers of Dien Bien, young volunteers, and frontline civilians who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign; Expressing deep gratitude to those who have contributed to the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu, the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of the province organized the meeting program. Before the meeting, the delegation respectfully offered fresh flowers to Uncle Ho, expressing their infinite gratitude and deep respect for the great thought and extremely noble life of President Ho Chi Minh – leader Gathering geniuses of the revolution, Heroes of national liberation, Outstanding cultural celebrities. The Delegation vows to forever study and follow Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics, and style, forever following the Revolutionary path that the Party and People have chosen.
