Mr. Phan Chuyen (in Quang Kim commune, Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province) said: “The road on the embankment along the Thai River was completed at the end of 2023, and has just been put into use, but it is so degraded, it is full of cracks and surface cracks. The road is severely peeling.”

It is known that this project is the FMCR-QB-XL26 package: Upgrading roads on embankments along the Thai River in two communes Quang Kim and Quang Phu (Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province) under the Project to Modernize the Forestry and Enhance resilience in coastal areas of Quang Binh province.
The project has a winning bid value of 10,828,353,000 VND, constructed by Dong Thanh 68 Construction Investment and Consulting Joint Stock Company.

From recording the reality, PV Dan Viet transferred the information to the leader of the Project to Modernize the Forestry Industry and Strengthen Coastal Resilience (FMCR) in Quang Binh province and this unit said it would re-check.
Afterwards, working with the reporter, Mr. Tran Chi Phuong – Deputy Director of FMCR of Quang Binh province, said: “Exactly as the information reported in the newspaper, we went to check and the contractor came in to fix it, fortunately. is in the warranty period”. However, when the reporter asked the question about the solution, this leader replied “to grasp it”.
