Currently, units are constructing 2 overpasses over Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street and National Highway 13 (under construction package 3). This section is implemented by the joint venture of Dai Phong Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company, Truong Son Construction Corporation, and Construction Corporation No. 1.
The coordination of site acceptance, construction of bored piles, test piles and dredging and sanding of the roadbed is taking place in these areas.
Compensation for site clearance belongs to project component 6 (compensation, support and resettlement) with a total investment of 13,527 billion VND. The total area of land recovered is more than 78 hectares with 1,511 cases. To date, the land area recovered has reached a rate of over 81%, reaching 64 hectares.
Currently, units are relocating water supply pipes, telecommunications cables, and medium and low voltage power grids.
This overpass construction activity takes place in parallel with the progress of site clearance for Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh City passing through Binh Duong. This is a project with a total investment of over 19,200 billion VND. The starting point is at Tan Van intersection, the ending point is at Binh Goi bridge, total length is more than 26.6km.
The project, which overlaps with My Phuoc – Tan Van road, 15.3km long, is taking legal steps to determine the investment plan, and the 2.4km long Tan Van intersection has just begun construction.
For the 8.9km section from Binh Chuan intersection to Saigon River, construction will begin in June 2023.
According to the report of the Management Board of Traffic Construction Investment Projects of Binh Duong province, the 8.9km section is being accelerated. On average, construction packages reach 16-30%.
At Binh Chuan intersection, bored piles are being completed and construction of abutments, pedestals, and pier bodies of the main route is underway. The left and right parallel routes are currently building roadbeds, constructing box culverts and drainage systems.
