According to the person who posted the clip, the above image was recorded around 2:00 a.m. on April 22. At that time, there were nearly a hundred people (mostly teenagers) riding a lot of motorbikes, many without license plates, modified cars… lined up, completely blocking a section of National Highway 1 in the direction from Can Tho to Vinh Long. then there was a loud noise.

Many cars driving on the right side of the road had to stop and wait for the crowd showing signs of racing and cheering for illegal racing to disperse before continuing because they did not want to cause trouble. At this time, there were no local authorities present to handle the group of people blatantly blocking Highway 1.

“I was so frustrated that I recorded the clip so that the authorities could take strict action to prevent unfortunate incidents from happening,” the person filming the clip expressed.
