Disciplinary warning to former Chairman of Vinh Phuc province Nguyen Van Tri and many officials

At the meeting, reviewing the inspection results when there were signs of violations and the review results, recommending disciplinary action against the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee, the Central Inspection Committee found:

The Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee violated the principle of democratic centralism and working regulations; violating the principles of self-criticism, criticism, and unity within the Party and in personnel work.

Lack of responsibility, lax leadership, direction, lack of inspection and supervision has allowed the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Council, the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee and many organizations and individuals to seriously violate Party regulations and State laws. The country carries out a number of investment projects.

Including projects implemented by Progressive International Joint Stock Company (AIC), FLC Group Joint Stock Company, Phuc Son Group Joint Stock Company.

Some officials and party members have degraded political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, are negative, accept bribes, declare personal assets dishonestly, violate the Law on Prevention and Combat of Corruption, and violate regulations. about what party members cannot do and the responsibility to set an example.

The above violations have caused very serious consequences, damage and risk of damage, and a huge waste of money and assets of the State; causing public anger and negatively affecting the reputation of the party organization and local government, to the point of requiring review and disciplinary action.

Responsibility for the above violations belongs to the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the terms 2015-2020, 2020-2025; Provincial People’s Council Party Committee, Party Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee for the terms 2016 – 2021, 2021 – 2026 and Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy Lan, former member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, head of the Delegation provincial National Assembly representative.

Mr. Le Duy Thanh – former deputy secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Pham Hoang Anh – former permanent deputy secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (was expelled from the Party and criminally prosecuted) .

And Mr. Tran Van Vinh – former deputy secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, secretary of the Party Youth Union, chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Nguyen Van Tri – former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Nguyen Trung Hai – member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, vice chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Nguyen Ba Huy – member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Committee.

Dinh Ngoc Khoa – Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal of the University of Technology and Logistics of the People’s Public Security, Ministry of Public Security, former member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police.

Vu Chi Giang – Provincial Party Committee member, member of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Nguyen Kim Khai – former Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Phan The Huy – Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Chief of Provincial People’s Committee Office.

The Central Inspection Committee requested the Politburo to consider and discipline the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms.

The Central Inspection Committee requested the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee to decide to discipline 17 party organizations and 17 party members according to the conclusions of the Central Inspection Committee.

The Central Inspection Committee continues to review and enforce discipline on other relevant party organizations and party members.
