The Commune Steering Committee organizes self-inspection and evaluation according to the checklist; develop a report evaluating the construction and maintenance of communes, wards and towns that meet national health criteria; Prepare a proposal for recognition for newly built communes, wards and towns, request recognition for the first time in 2024 if eligible for recognition (completed before October 15, 2024). The District Steering Committee organizes a review according to the checklist and prepares documents to submit to the Steering Committee for appraisal (completed before October 30, 2024).
