The Provincial People’s Council allowed changing the use purpose of nearly 96.6 hectares of rice land to implement 48 projects and works in the province. Of which, more than 35.1 hectares of rice growing land were converted to land use purposes to implement the project to build a traffic route connecting National Highway 17B with Dinh Bridge, Kinh Mon town. This is the project that needs to change the purpose of using the most rice land area in this phase.
Hai Duong Provincial People’s Council also agreed to adjust the area, name, add project implementation location and related legal bases of 3 projects and works that the Provincial People’s Council agreed to recover land at the Regular meetings at the end of 2021, 2022 and regular meetings in mid-2023. 3 projects include: Construction of a new route connecting the intersection of provincial road 390 to National Highway 18, Chi Linh City in Nam Sach district; An Phu industrial cluster in Kinh Mon; Build a residential area adjacent to the irrigation river and National Highway 18 in Chi Linh City.
