On April 24, Dong Hy district coordinated with Thai Nguyen Nonferrous Metals Joint Stock Company (VIMICO) to organize an inauguration and give money to support the construction of Great Solidarity houses for 3 poor households in Van Lang commune.

Delegates gave money to support the construction of a house for Mr. Hoang Van My’s household.

Implementing the Tet peak week for the poor in 2024, Dong Hy district and Thai Nguyen Nonferrous Metals Joint Stock Company (VIMICO) supported 3 poor households in Van Lang commune to build new houses (50 million VND each), including: Mrs. Dang Thi Hoa, in Dat hamlet; Mr. Hoang Van Tinh and Hoang Van My live in Khe Mong hamlet.

With the help and support of the local government and people, after 2 months of construction, the house of Mrs. Hoa and Mr. Tinh’s households has now been completed; Mr. My’s house is 90% complete. Projects with an area of ​​over 50m2, construction cost from 110-140 million VND, ensuring 3 hard standards.

It is known that from the Fund for the Poor and existing socialization sources, Dong Hy district has allocated and implemented the construction of 17 Great Solidarity houses with a total support cost of 850 million VND, of which Van Lang commune received Support to build 10 houses. From now until the end of the year, the district continues to mobilize socialization resources so that more poor households can receive support to build and repair houses.
