The Central Audit Committee disciplined many officials and party organizations of Vinh Phuc province related to Phuc Son, AIC, FLC

On April 23 and 24, in Hanoi, the Central Inspection Committee held its 40th meeting under the chairmanship of Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee Tran Cam Tu.

At this session, the Central Inspection Committee (UBKT) considered Inspection results when there are signs of violations and review results, recommendations for disciplinary action Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee.

Violations cause very serious consequences

The Central Audit Committee noticed The Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee violated the principle of democratic centralism and working regulations; violating the principles of self-criticism, criticism, and unity within the Party and in personnel work.

Lack of responsibility, lax leadership, direction, lack of inspection and supervision has allowed the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Council, the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee and many organizations and individuals to seriously violate Party regulations and State laws. The country carries out a number of investment projects. Including projects implemented by Progressive International Joint Stock Company (AIC), FLC Group Joint Stock Company, Phuc Son Group Joint Stock Company.

Some officials and party members have degraded political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, are negative, accept bribes, declare personal assets dishonestly, violate the Law on Prevention and Combat of Corruption, and violate regulations. about what party members cannot do and the responsibility to set an example.

The above violations have caused very serious consequences, damage and risk of damage, and a huge waste of money and assets of the State; causing public anger and negatively affecting the reputation of the party organization and local government, to the point of requiring review and disciplinary action.

According to the Central Audit Committee, responsibility for the above violations belongs to the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the terms 2015-2020, 2020-2025; Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Council, Party Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee for the terms 2016 – 2021, 2021 – 2026 and individuals.

Specifically, Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy Lan, former Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

Mr. Le Duy Thanh, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee. Mr. Pham Hoang Anh, former Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (was expelled from the Party and criminally prosecuted).

There are also officials Tran Van Vinh, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Nguyen Van Tri, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Nguyen Trung Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council;

Nguyen Ba Huy, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Committee; Dinh Ngoc Khoa, Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal of the University of Technology and Logistics of the People’s Public Security, Ministry of Public Security, former member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police.

Vu Chi Giang, Provincial Party Committee member, Member of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Nguyen Kim Khai, former Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Phan The Huy, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief of Office of the Provincial People’s Committee.

Le Van Kien, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Director of Department of Transport; Khong Son Truong, former Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Nguyen Kim Tuan, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Nguyen Thanh Tung, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Finance; Nguyen Duc Tai, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Construction; Do Huu Vinh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Information and Communications.

The officials are former Party Secretary and Director of the Department of Information and Communications Tran Gia Long and Nguyen Ba Hien; Nguyen Van Do, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of Department of Planning and Investment; Do Dinh Viet, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.

Former Party Committee Secretaries, former Heads of the Provincial Industrial Zones Management Board: Bui Minh Hong, Nguyen Cong Loc, Nguyen Xuan Phuong.

Nguyen Van Bac, former Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Justice; Le Van Phuc, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Tax Department of Vinh Phuc province.

Related to the above violations are also the responsibilities of a number of other party organizations and party members.

19 officers received disciplinary warnings

Consider the content, nature, extent, consequences, and causes of the violation; Based on the Party’s regulations, the Central Inspection Committee decides to enforce discipline warning for the Party and Youth Council of Vinh Phuc province for the term 2021 – 2026; Party Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee for the terms 2016 – 2021, 2021 – 2026.

Individuals Nguyen Van Tri, Nguyen Ba Huy, Dinh Ngoc Khoa, Vu Chi Giang, Nguyen Kim Khai, Le Van Kien, Khong Son Truong, Nguyen Kim Tuan, Nguyen Thanh Tung, Nguyen Duc Tai, Do Huu Vinh, Tran Gia Long , Nguyen Ba Hien, Nguyen Van Do, Do Dinh Viet, Bui Minh Hong, Nguyen Cong Loc, Nguyen Xuan Phuong, Nguyen Van Bac, were also given disciplinary warnings.

The Central Audit Committee decided to enforce discipline reprimand Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Council Party Committee for the term 2016 – 2021; Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police Party Committee for the terms 2015 – 2020, 2020 – 2025 and individuals Tran Van Vinh, Nguyen Trung Hai, Phan The Huy, Le Van Phuc.

The Central Audit Committee requested the Politburo to consider and enforce discipline on the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms.

The Central Audit Committee requested the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee to decide to discipline 17 party organizations and 17 party members according to the Central Audit Committee’s conclusion.

The Central Audit Committee continues to review and enforce discipline on other related party organizations and party members.
