Representatives of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union (CĐNHVN) in Quang Ninh have just coordinated with the State Bank’s provincial branch to successfully organize the 5th Quang Ninh men’s football tournament in the banking sector – 2024.
The men’s soccer tournament in the Quang Ninh Banking industry is a practical activity cProudly celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, the 49th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and unification of the country, the 73rd anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnamese Banking Industry (May 6, 1951-May 6, 2024) and enjoy Responding to Workers’ Month 2024.
The tournament is held every 2 years and is chaired by the Representative of Vietnam Community in Quang Ninh to create a healthy sports playground for officials, employees, and trade union members working at commercial banks in Quang Ninh. . This year’s tournament has the participation of 364 athletes of 26 teams from 36 bank branches in the province. The teams are divided into 8 groups with 37 matches.

After 4 days of exciting competition with noble sportsmanship, 151 goals were scored. Final results: The championship cup belongs to the team of Quang Ninh Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development; Second prize went to the team of Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank Quang Ninh; The two teams of Quang Ninh Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade Ha Long – Dong Quang Ninh tied for Third Prize; 04 Consolation Prizes went to the State Bank – Bao Viet Quang Ninh Joint Stock Commercial Bank, Mong Cai Foreign Trade Joint Stock Commercial Bank, Saigon – Hanoi Quang Ninh Commercial Joint Stock Bank, and Quang Ninh International Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
