Vietnam Electric Cable Joint Stock Company (CADIVI) has a new General Director

On April 24, CADIVI Board of Directors signed and issued a Decision approving the resignation of Mr. Le Quang Dinh from the position of General Director and legal representative according to his personal wishes, and at the same time appointed Mr. Mr. Ho Quang Nhan – Deputy General Director of the company – holds the position of General Director, Legal Representative.

The change of General Director and legal representative of the company takes effect from May 3, 2024.

Mr. Le Quang Dinh, with more than 37 years of experience, has accompanied CADIVI’s development through many stages. He has held the position of General Director, legal representative of the Company since December 1, 2016. After 8 years as the captain of CADIVI, Mr. Dinh has given the right and drastic direction and made an important contribution to the success of the electric cable company with the top market share in Vietnam.

After a long time working together, Mr. Le Quang Dinh wishes to resign and proactively transfer the leadership generation from veteran, experienced, dedicated leaders to young, energetic leaders. dynamic, enthusiastic, to meet the requirements of the Company’s development strategy in the new period.

The person trusted by CADIVI’s Board of Directors and appointed to the position of General Director is Mr. Ho Quang Nhan – currently Deputy General Director of the company.

Mr. Ho Quang Nhan was born in 1979 and graduated with a major in industrial engineering. He started working at CADIVI in 2012. Through many positions, in 2022, he was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director.

With enthusiasm, extensive experience, professional knowledge, and time spent with and understanding of the company system, Mr. Nhan and members of CADIVI’s Board of Directors have promoted research and product development work. products, marketing, completing the supply chain, increasing market share and influence of the CADIVI brand in the market.

In 2023, CADIVI’s consolidated revenue reached 10,084 billion VND, completing 83% of the plan; Consolidated pre-tax profit reached 529 billion VND, reaching 118% of the plan. This result has made an important contribution to the overall results of the parent company GELEX Electric in particular and the GELEX Group system in general.

CADIVI also established CADIVI Northern Company Limited, marking a new turning point on the journey to conquer the Northern market.
