Arrested 4 young men who robbed motorbikes at midnight in Hai Duong

On the afternoon of April 24, the leader of the Hai Duong City Police (Hai Duong province) informed that the Hai Duong City Police Investigation Agency had just decided to prosecute the case, prosecute the defendant and order the detention of 4 people. accused of “Robbery”.

The 4 subjects include: Tran Kim Quyen (born 2007, residing in Lien Hong commune, Hai Duong city); Nguyen Xuan Trung Anh, Nguyen Minh Tu (both born in 2007 and residing in Cong Hoa commune, Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province); Nguyen Van Minh (born 2008, residing in Hong Lac commune, Thanh Ha district, Hai Duong province).

Previously, on April 17, Hai Duong City Police received a report from Mr. Pham Van T. (born 2004, residing in Duc Xuong commune, Gia Loc district, Hai Duong province) about being robbed.

Specifically, at about 0:45 on April 12, Mr. T. drove a motorbike carrying Mr. Trieu Quang T. (born 2004, residing in An Duc commune, Ninh Giang district, Hai Duong province) on Hoang Hoa Tham street, Nguyen ward. Trai, Hai Duong City (in front of the children’s house gate), I met 4 young men riding on 2 motorbikes going in the opposite direction, of which 2 young men sat in the back holding 2 iron tubes.

Seeing the ‘prey’, 4 young men turned their car to chase. When Mr. T. reached the front door of house No. 6 Tam Giang (Tran Hung Dao ward, Hai Duong city), four subjects blocked the car and used an iron pipe to beat him. Then, they appropriated a motorbike worth about 15 million VND.

Immediately after receiving the report, the Social Order Crime Investigation Police Team and Hai Duong City Police quickly conducted an investigation and verified the behavior of the group of subjects.

Among the 4 subjects above, Nguyen Van Minh has 1 criminal record for property theft (punished in March 2024). Minh, Quyen and Tu all dropped out of school and left home to wander for many months. Trung Anh is currently studying in grade 11 at a vocational college in the province.

Currently, the case is still being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
