“Soldier Spring” 2024 will be held on January 29 and 30, 2024 in Loc Ninh district with many diverse, rich, large-scale activities, attracting a large number of participating forces. Organized “0 VND Spring Market – Spread love” with 9 booths, displaying 3 booths of the province’s OCOP products, 1 traditional cultural space; donated over 700 gifts (1.5 million VND/gift) and coordinated to transport over 700 people to attend the program. Organized an art program with the theme “Warm Spring in the Border Region” to serve over 1,300 delegates, officers, soldiers and people attending and watching. During the program, 200 scholarships were awarded to students who overcome difficulties and study well (1 million VND/scholarship), 10,000 National flags to Loc Ninh district, and presented gifts to representatives of 20 families in difficult circumstances. 20 armed force units in the area.
