To date, the national population database has connected with 18 ministries, branches, 63 provinces and cities and 04 businesses, successfully synchronizing over 268 million people’s information; received more than 1.5 billion requests for information verification; 80% of households use fiber optic Internet and 100% of communes, wards and towns connect to fiber optic Internet. 100% of ministries, branches and localities provide online public services; The rate of online applications is about 38.3%, the total number of user accounts is 13.2 million; 4,500 online public services are integrated on the National Public Service Portal. In the first 4 months of the year, the Ministry of Public Security issued over 86 million citizen identification cards with chips; Receive and activate over 53 million electronic identification accounts for people… 100% of training and medical facilities pay non-cash; 64% of people receive social insurance and social benefits through personal accounts.

For Ha Giang, by the end of April 2024, the coverage area has been expanded to 127/154 white-wave villages; Support nearly 28,000 poor and near-poor households to use internet services.
