8th meeting of the National Committee on digital transformation

In the first 4 months of the year, the Ministry of Public Security issued over 86 million citizen identification cards with chips; Receive and activate over 53 million electronic identification accounts for people… 100% of training and medical facilities pay non-cash; 64% of people receive social insurance and social benefits through personal accounts.

For Ha Giang, by the end of April 2024, the coverage area has been expanded to 127/154 white-wave villages; Support nearly 28,000 poor and near-poor households to use internet services. Non-cash payment activities and electronic invoices are widely deployed; 100% of OCOP products are promoted, posted and sold on e-commerce platforms.
