Provincial National Assembly delegation meets voters in Krong Pac district

Continuing the voter contact program before the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly, on the morning of April 24, Delegation Group No. 2 – Provincial National Assembly Delegation (NA) met with 200 voters representing the electorate. Communes: Ea Kuang, Ea Phe, Ea Kenh, Ea Hiu, Hoa Tien, Tan Tien (Krong Pac district).

Attending the Voter Contact Conference were National Assembly delegates: Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission; Le Thi Thanh Xuan, Deputy Head of the specialized delegation, in charge of the Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly; Le Ngoc Hai, Major General, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 5.

On the provincial leadership side were comrades: Y Bier Nie, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Huynh Thi Chien Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan, Deputy Head of the specialized delegation, in charge of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, spoke at the conference.

At the meeting with voters, the representative of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation informed voters about the expected content of the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Accordingly, the 7th Session is expected to open on May 20, 2024 and close on June 28, 2024. At this session, the National Assembly plans to consider and pass 10 bills and 03 draft resolutions. The session will also comment on 11 draft laws and consider and decide on socio-economic issues, state budget, supervision and other important issues.

At the conference, 10 voters recorded many recommendations, which mainly focused on issues related to investment in building rural transport infrastructure systems; Problems arising from the construction process of the Khanh Hoa – Buon Ma Thuot expressway passing through Krong Pac district.

In addition, voters also suggested that some newly issued laws and regulations related to traffic safety need effective propaganda solutions, especially for ethnic minorities; Based on the land fund handed over by agricultural and forestry companies to local management, it is necessary to pay attention to solving the need for residential land and production land for people in the area, especially ethnic minorities; The allocation of regular expenditures to commune-level mass organizations needs to be linked to the reality of the local area and population; Consider adding support for children of martyrs…

Opinions and recommendations raised by voters were directly answered and explained by representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches, units and local authorities.

On behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Deputy Head of the specialized delegation in charge of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Le Thi Thanh Xuan acknowledged the enthusiastic opinions of voters who reflected many local issues; Appreciate the responses and explanations of departments, branches, and Krong Pac district People’s Committee in response to voters’ questions.

At the same time, discuss and clarify issues that voters are concerned about, including the Draft Land Law (amended) and confirm that opinions will be synthesized by the Provincial National Assembly Delegation at all levels and branches. Advise competent authorities to promptly resolve the matter according to regulations.
