Global transport cooperative (Cooperative) aims to receive protection money for bus operators and long-distance drivers. For each car that wants to make a law, you have to pay 5-8 million VND/month.

In addition, Tao and many people prepared LED lights with the logo of Newthoidai Company, and road books of Global Transport Cooperative to hand over to drivers on the road. If the vehicles are stopped for inspection by the traffic police, present the Company’s logo, the cooperative’s phone number or just say “Tao’s vehicle”.

In case, if the functional forces still require inspection and handling, Tao and Cuong will call the traffic police force directly or through the driver to talk to the force on duty, asking to create conditions. ignore violations for drivers.

All the legal fees of the drivers and garages are partly to pay Cuong’s wages, the rest is from Tao and his wife.

According to the police, because the defendants committed the crime over a long period of time and had a large number of vehicles participating in monthly payments, Tao, Hai and Cuong could not remember all the information about the vehicles they profited from.
