According to many people’s feedback, the rain in Phu Tho and Vinh Phuc provinces this afternoon was very heavy, starting around 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Thunderstorm clouds came, the sky in Viet Tri City (Phu Tho) was as dark as night. Many roads in Viet Tri City were heavily flooded due to torrential rain, with lightning and hail appearing in many places.
Mr. Ha Van Dong, a resident of Viet Tri City (Phu Tho), said that at noon, vehicles have to turn on their lights to go.
At the same time, in Vinh Phuc province there was also a thunderstorm with heavy rain and hail.
At 2:00 p.m. on April 24, the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting issued a warning that, through radar image monitoring, there was a thunderstorm developing west of Hanoi.
