Previously, on March 12, 2024, Vinatrans Trade Union issued Official Dispatch No. 26/CV-CĐVIN on the proposal to transfer RCL Vietnam’s member grassroots Trade Union (under Vinatrans Trade Union) to the Corporation’s Trade Union. because Vinatrans no longer holds capital in RCL Vietnam Company.
After reporting and receiving the consent of the Party Committee and the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union, the Trade Union Vietnam Steel Corporation – Joint Stock Company carried out procedures to receive the RCL Trade Union from the Vinatrans Trade Union to the Vietnam Steel Corporation – JSC management union; At the same time, issued the Decision to receive and upgrade RCL Vietnam Trade Union and appoint the interim Executive Committee. Next, the Trade Union of Vietnam Steel Corporation – JSC transferred the RCL Vietnam Trade Union under the management of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union.
Thus, from April 22, 2024, RCL Vietnam Company’s Trade Union has become affiliated with the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union and will be under the direct management and direction of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union according to the regulations of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union.
