The report of the Nghe An Provincial Inspectorate shows that in April, the entire industry conducted 53 administrative inspections. Through inspection, violations were discovered with a total amount of 7,068 million VND, of which 1,120 million VND was recommended to be recovered; Recommended other handling of VND 5,948 million; over 790 million VND has been recovered.
During this period, 28 specialized inspections and inspections were conducted, focusing mainly on the fields of transportation, environmental resources, and agriculture. Through inspection, 51 organizations and individuals were found to have committed violations; Decision to sanction administrative violations of over 200 million VND, 100% recovered; 17 public service inspections, inspections of the responsibilities of Heads at all levels and branches in implementing the provisions of law on inspection, citizen reception, complaints, denunciations and anti-corruption and negativity.
In anti-corruption work, we have continued to perform well the role of advising, synthesizing and assisting the Provincial People’s Committee; At the same time, guide agencies and units in implementing anti-corruption and negative content; Monitor and direct cases with signs of corruption detected during the inspection and examination process to transfer to the Police Investigation Agency.
Along with that, the Provincial Inspectorate issued documents on advising, developing plans and advising the Provincial People’s Committee to establish a working group to evaluate anti-corruption work in Nghe An province in 2023.
Organize a random draw of people to have their assets and income verified for 46 people from departments, including: Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Department of Education and Training, Department of Transport.
