On April 22, the People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa province issued Decision No. 1597/QD-UBND on closing the land mine for use as backfilling material in Xuan Phuc commune, Nhu Thanh district, granting an exploitation license to Dinh Group Co., Ltd. An.
The content of the decision clearly states: Closing the land mine for leveling materials in Xuan Phuc commune, Nhu Thanh district, which has licensed exploitation to Dinh An Group Co., Ltd. under License No. 16/GP-UBND dated January 10 /2022 of the Provincial People’s Committee.
The purpose of closing the mine is to manage and protect unexploited minerals and hand over land to the People’s Committee of Xuan Phuc commune, Nhu Thanh district for management in accordance with the provisions of land law and other relevant laws. The location and boundaries of the mine closure land area are determined according to the map extract attached to License No. 16/GP-UBND dated January 10, 2022 of the Provincial People’s Committee.
The decision to close the land mine for leveling materials in Xuan Phuc commune, Nhu Thanh district has granted an exploitation license to Dinh An Group Co., Ltd.
Dinh An Group Company Limited coordinates with relevant authorities in completing land recovery procedures for the area under License No. 16/GP-UBND dated January 10, 2022 of the Provincial People’s Committee, to hand over to the People’s Committee of Xuan Phuc commune, Nhu Thanh district for management according to the provisions of land law and other relevant laws; Urgently pay all taxes, fees and related financial obligations outstanding to the state budget according to regulations.
Nhu Thanh District People’s Committee coordinated with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to hand over the above land area to Xuan Phuc Commune People’s Committee for management according to regulations; Direct functional departments and Xuan Phuc Commune People’s Committee to protect unexploited minerals in mine closure areas according to regulations.
Xuan Phuc Commune People’s Committee protects unexploited minerals in the mine closure area; Manage the assigned land area according to the provisions of law, take full responsibility if problems with security, order and safety occur in the area where the mine has been closed.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment monitors and inspects the implementation of mine closure mentioned above to ensure compliance with regulations; prepare documents to submit to the Provincial People’s Committee for land recovery 3 according to regulations; Organize the return of deposit funds for environmental renovation and restoration to Dinh An Group Co., Ltd. according to current regulations.
The Provincial Tax Department urges Dinh An Group Co., Ltd. to fully comply with taxes, fees and related financial obligations owed to the state budget according to regulations.
