The Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Nam province has just opened a registration application to implement the Urban Beautification Project and invest in the construction of a new rural residential housing area combined with commercial services in Dai Cuong commune, Kim Bang district. (KB-DT03.21).

Accordingly, Ha Nam Construction and Equipment Joint Stock Company is the only investor to submit the application.
Urban beautification and investment project to build a new rural residential housing area combined with commercial services in Dai Cuong commune, Kim Bang district (KB-ĐT03.21) is implemented on a 20ha land area, including construction rough, finished exterior of land plots on inter-regional roads, landscape areas… according to regulations (about 127 adjacent houses with land use area of about 14,419 m2); Resettlement residential land on a land use area of about 1,210.7m2.
The total project investment is expected to be 446 billion VND, of which, the expected construction investment cost is 405 billion VND; Compensation and resettlement support costs are 41 billion VND.
According to research, Ha Nam Construction and Equipment Joint Stock Company was established in November 2021, located in Liem Chinh ward, City. Phu Ly, Ha Nam province. As of September 2023, this enterprise has a charter capital of 515 billion VND.
Previously, in July 2022, Ha Nam Construction and Equipment Joint Stock Company was in the only investor consortium registered to implement the Investment Project to build a new urban area south of the administrative center of Duy Tien town. (DT-PK.01.21.1), along with TASECO Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company located in Hanoi.
This is an investment project using land with an area of 115.1 hectares. Implementation locations are in Yen Bac ward and Tien Noi ward, Duy Tien town. Total project investment is 4,764 billion VND.
