Discipline of a series of leaders of Vinh Phuc province related to projects of AIC, FLC, Phuc Son

On the afternoon of April 24, the Central Inspection Committee issued a press release for the 40th Session. At this session, the Central Inspection Committee (UBKT) reviewed and concluded a number of contents.

After reviewing the inspection results when there were signs of violation and the review results, recommending disciplinary action against the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee, the Central Audit Committee found that the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee had violates the principle of democratic centralism and working regulations; violate principles of self-criticism, criticism, unity within the Party, in staff work; lack of responsibility, lax leadership and direction, lack of inspection and supervision of the Provincial Party Committee and People’s Council (People’s Council).

At the same time, the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee (People’s Committee) and many organizations and individuals seriously violated the Party’s regulations and State laws in perform some projects investincluding projects by Progressive International Joint Stock Company (AIC), FLC Group Joint Stock Company, implemented by Phuc Son Group Joint Stock Company; Some officials and party members have degraded political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, are negative, accept bribes, and dishonestly declare personal assets, violating the Law. Preventing and combating corruption, violating regulations on what party members cannot do and the responsibility to set an example.

The above violations have caused very serious consequences, damages and risk damageswaste very large amount of money and assets belong to Government; cause Fame pressingaffect bad to the reputation of the party organization and local government, to the extent that it must be considered and disciplined.

The Central Audit Committee also implemented disciplinary reprimands for the Party and Youth Union of Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Council for the 2016 term. – 2021; Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police Party Committee the term 2015 – 2020, 2020 – 2025 and comrades: Tran Van Vinh, Nguyen Trung Hai, Phan The Huy, Le Van Phuc.

In addition, the Central Audit Committee proposed The political Review and enforce discipline on the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the terms 2015-2020, 2020-2025.

The Central Audit Committee also requested the Provincial Party Standing Committee Vinh Phuc Decide on disciplinary action 17 party organizations and 17 Party members according to the conclusions of the Central Audit Committee. The Central Audit Committee continues to review and enforce discipline on other related party organizations and party members.
