A Vietnamese scientist received the ‘International Outstanding Inventor’ award

On the evening of April 23, at the 2024 Global Science and Economic Forum, held in Dubai, Labor Hero Hoang Duc Thao, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Science and Technology Enterprises, received the “Innovator” award.
