Each agency and unit must have at least one effective model of disseminating legal education

(DN) – The Provincial People’s Committee has just issued a plan to launch the Emulation movement to build models of dissemination of legal education (PBGDPL), effective grassroots conciliation in Dong Nai area, implementing starting from May 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025.

The Provincial People’s Committee requires this emulation movement to be widely deployed from the provincial level to the grassroots level, with content and form suitable to the actual situation of agencies, units and localities; must create specific products that are effective models of legal advocacy and mediation at the grassroots level. Promote emulation to increase the rate of successful conciliation; Receiving and conciliating complex cases within the scope of grassroots conciliation (applicable to district and commune-level People’s Committees).

The Provincial People’s Committee also launched a campaign to continue implementing and replicating good and effective legal education and training models; Promote propaganda and dissemination of laws through Facebook with fanpages, disseminate laws through Zalo with OA pages, organize online contests and contests to learn about the law; Focus on building effective legal education models at the grassroots level… Each agency, unit, and locality must have at least one effective legal education model.

According to the Provincial People’s Committee, through this emulation movement, it is intended to concretize the Party’s guiding views on the work of legal education and training in Conclusion No. 80-KL/TW dated June 20, 2020 of the Secretariat on continuing implementation. Directive No. 32-CT/TW of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party’s leadership in legal education work, raising the awareness of law observance of officials and people.
