The investment goal is to realize the approved detailed 1/500 scale construction planning, create a land fund to develop housing for people, and contribute to accelerating the pace of urbanization in the city. The project is implemented on an area of ​​about 35.41 hectares. The project population size is about 6,000 people. The selected investor must mobilize 100% of legal capital to implement the project according to regulations.

The preliminary total project investment is only an estimate, serving as a basis for organizing investor selection according to regulations; Not used to calculate land use fees and financial obligations of the winning investor of the project. The determination of land use fees is carried out in accordance with the provisions of land law. Operational term of the project: 50 years. Expected from the fourth quarter of 2023 to the third quarter of 2028.
