According to the production crew, the Foreign Television Department received the task of implementing the program from the leadership of Vietnam Television Station near the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin. During the urgent period, the team members focused heavily on research and operations in Vietnam and France.
While working in France, the team met and interviewed leading experts researching Vietnamese history and the Dien Bien Phu victory. During the reconstruction process in France, the e-kip also received enthusiastic support from French friends.

One of the difficulties for the team is having to research and process a large amount of documents in a tight time. The team’s biggest impression during the business trip was the meetings with historical witnesses – French veterans of the Indochina war.
