Secretary of Bac Kan City Party Committee visited and gave gifts to Dien Bien soldiers

Dien Bien directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign in Bac Kan city.

The delegation visited and gave gifts to families including: Mr. Nguyen Quan (born 1932), group 11A, Duc Xuan ward; Duong Van Tinh (born 1932), Khuoi Thuom group, Huyen Tung ward; Mai Tu (born 1933), group 5, Song Cau ward; Nguyen Duc Cau (born 1934), group 3, Xuat Hoa ward; Nguyen Van Mam (born 1935), group 8, Phung Chi Kien ward; Ms. Bui Thi Hao (born 1936), group 4, Song Cau ward.

At the visiting families, comrade Cu Ngoc Cuong, Secretary of the Bac Kan City Party Committee, and the working group thoughtfully inquired about the health and life of the families of people with meritorious service and expressed deep gratitude to those who had contributed to the cause. The great contributions and sacrifices of Dien Bien soldiers in the Dien Bien Phu campaign resulted in a victory that was “illustrious in five continents and shook the earth”. At the same time, we hope that the elderly will continue to promote the good qualities of “Uncle Ho’s soldiers”, the spirit of Dien Bien Soldiers, set a good example, educate traditions and revolutionary heroism for the younger generation, and contribute part of building the Bac Kan homeland to become increasingly rich, beautiful, and civilized.
