Mr. Anh Duc, owner of a housing project in Quang Ninh, came to XCONS Vietnam in 2022 with the desire to build a filial house for his family. To address the needs of homeowners, XCONS Vietnam has applied the transfer beam method to divide the space inside the house. The goal of this method is to move the structural column and shape the exterior, cleverly concealing the defects of the land.
According to the architects of Xcons Vietnam, transfer beams are beam structures with the main effect of redistributing vertical loads. This type of beam usually has stiffness and relatively large geometric cross-section. When using this solution, the upper and lower columns are no longer a vertical column axis, but the force is distributed through the transfer beam.
For the architectural block, XCONS architects cleverly shaped it with curved lines to hide the uneven corners of the plot. Diagonal sections and distorted corners are also arranged by the location of technical boxes or toilet corners or balconies. Thanks to that, when entering the project, the spaces are square and airy, ensuring the initial requirements given by the homeowner.
