(BDT) – The housing project in Nghi Thu ward, Cua Lo town, Nghe An province is being issued a notice inviting interest by the Nghe An Department of Planning and Investment. Accordingly, the deadline for investors to submit project registration documents is 8:00 a.m. on May 27, 2024.

The project has a preliminary total implementation cost of 485,406 billion VND; Compensation and resettlement support costs of VND 24,633 billion; Land use scale with total area of 119,576 m2. Products provided include: commercial and service areas, social housing areas, cultural houses, social housing areas, preschools, green areas, water surfaces, key technical and infrastructure works technique; rough construction and finishing of the exterior of the low-rise housing area. After completing the project, the investor will hand over the technical infrastructure, transportation, cultural buildings, trees, and water surface to the local government for management.
The project has an implementation schedule of 5 years and an operating term of no more than 50 years.
