(PLVN) – On April 24, the People’s Committee of Bac Kan province organized a conference to implement the Laws passed by the 15th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, 6th Session, 5th Extraordinary Session. . The conference was held live and broadcast online to districts and cities in the province.
Mr. Pham Duy Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Chairman of the Council for Dissemination of Legal Education (PBGDPL) of Bac Kan province attended and gave a speech to direct the conference.
The Laws passed at the 6th Session are important legal documents, regulating the social life relationships of officials, civil servants and the People; directly related to the responsibilities of state agencies and the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals.
At the conference, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee proposed: “After the conference, leaders of departments, branches and branches; People’s Committees of districts and cities; People’s Committees of communes, wards and towns continue to organize and widely deploy and propagate the basic content of these laws and decrees in appropriate forms so that a large number of officials and people know and comply with regulations. under the law”.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee also requested delegates who are reporters to continue promoting their roles and responsibilities, advising on appropriate implementation forms at agencies, units and localities, contributing to improving the effectiveness of legal education and communication work. and organize local law enforcement; Advise on posting the full text of legal documents on the electronic information portal of agencies and units for all organizations and individuals to conveniently follow and learn when needed…
Also at the conference, delegates heard the presenters introduce the basic content of the 2023 Identification Law; Water Resources Law 2023; Land Law 2024; Law on Forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level 2023; Housing Law 2023; Telecommunications Law 2023; Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones 2023; Resolution No. 01/2024/NQ-HDND dated March 28, 2024 of the Provincial People’s Council regulating the titles, regimes, and policies for part-time workers at the commune level, in villages, residential groups, and people on duty. Continue participating in activities in villages and residential groups in Bac Kan province; Resolution No. 02/2024/NQ-HDND dated March 28, 2024 of the Provincial People’s Council Regulating a number of policies to support the development of non-public preschool education in Bac Kan province.
