The People’s Council of Nghe An province has approved an additional 2,187 teacher payrolls for the 2023-2024 school year for the Department of Education and Training and People’s Committees of districts, cities and towns.
Of which, the Preschool block has 1,352 staff members, the Primary school block has 369 staff members, the Middle School block has 441 staff members and the High School block has 25 staff members.

Allocation principles for Preschool, Primary and Middle School: Number of teachers according to educational level of the unit being supplemented = number of missing teachers of the missing unit x ratio of additional teachers of the whole unit The province/total teachers still lack the whole province.
For high school level, allocation is based on the number of missing teachers of the schools and the opinions of the Department of Education and Training.
