Connecting and sharing data continues to be promoted by ministries, branches and localities

In recent times, the Government and Prime Minister have issued many important legal documents, creating a legal corridor to promote digital transformation. 21 ministries, branches and 62 localities have issued the 2024 Digital Transformation Plan; 19 Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Vietnam Social Insurance and 63/63 localities have issued Plans to implement Project 06/CP.

14 ministries, branches and 52 localities have issued a list of databases according to regulations, reaching a rate of 77%, an increase of 11% compared to 2023. The total number of databases in different industries and fields is currently Currently there are 2,398 databases, an increase of 311 (14.5%) databases compared to 2023. State agencies continue to exploit and effectively operate national databases in socio-economic management and administration. Connecting and sharing data continues to be promoted by ministries, branches and localities, exploiting the maximum value of data. 80.44% of administrative procedures that qualify for the entire process are provided online; 47.79% of full-course qualified administrative procedures were provided. The ratio of online dossiers to the total number of dossiers resolved with new administrative procedures reached about 38.3%.

The national public service portal (DVC) has a total of 13.2 million user accounts; over 4,500 online public services are integrated; The total number of administrative procedure resolution documents whose processing status is synchronized to the National Service Portal is over 299.5 million (5.1 million in March alone). The National Data Sharing and Integration Platform (NDXP) has connected with 388 systems and databases of 95 agencies and units participating in the connection. On average, there are about 2.8 million transactions per day. The total number of transactions to date is about 02 billion transactions.
