Losing to Uzbekistan, Vietnam stopped at the 2024 Asian futsal tournament

With this result, coach Diego Giustozzi and his team must play in the continental play-off to win tickets to the 2024 FIFA Fustal World Cup.

Going into the match, the Vietnamese futsal team entered the game very confidently and Tu Minh Quang had the first shot at Uzbekistan’s goal. Right after that, the opposing team scored a response. Tulkinov shot a strong shot on the left wing, fortunately the ball went out of Ho Van Y’s goal.

In the following minutes, Uzbekistan continuously had quick counterattacks but were able to overcome the excellence of goalkeeper Ho Van Y. The Vietnamese futsal team played very well in covering up against the opponent’s quick attacks.
