The 11th Phu Dong Fitness Festival of Nam Dinh province in 2024: Start of 5 competitions

On April 24, the 11th Phu Dong Health Association (HKPD) of Nam Dinh province in 2024 officially kicked off 5 sports: Football (at the High Performance Sports Center Football Stadium); Table tennis (at Nam Dinh College of Education); Athletics (at Thien Truong Stadium); Vovinam Martial Arts (at Tran Quoc Toan Gymnasium); Tug of war (at Tran Nhan Tong Primary School).

The 11th Nam Dinh Provincial HKPD in 2024 will be organized at 3 levels: Grassroots HKPD (for primary, secondary, high school, and continuing education) organized before February 28, 2024; HKPD at district and city levels (for Departments of Education and Training) organized before March 15, 2024; Provincial-level HKPD organizes competitions from April 24 to May 6, 2024. The opening ceremony will take place on May 3, 2024, and the closing ceremony will take place on May 7, 2024.

Nguyen Khuyen High School won the Gold Medal in martial arts content, Vovinam Martial Arts subject for high school students.

The Provincial HKPD has 55 delegations with 3,056 athletes competing in 10 sports: Athletics, Table Tennis, Chess, Football, Badminton, Shuttlecock, Aerobics, Tug of War, Traditional Martial Arts, Vovinam. Each district, city (Department of Education and Training), each high school, and Continuing Education Center is a participating unit. Participants: Elementary school students, middle school students, high school students and Continuing Education Centers. Based on the competition results at the provincial-level HKPD, elite candidates will be selected to participate in the 10th national HKPD in 2024, phase 1 in Thai Nguyen and phase 2 in Hai Phong./.
