Comprehensive inspection of technical work

(QBĐT) – The Provincial Military Command has just organized a working group to conduct a comprehensive inspection of technical work (CTKT) for the period 2020-2024 for 8 districts, towns and cities, Infantry Regiment 996 and a number of units under the General Staff Department.

The content of the inspection was determined to focus on assessing the quality, quantity, and synchronization of weapons, equipment, and technical means; quality of warehouses, gun cabinets, storage conditions, safety work; planning system, management books, statistical registration… for ensuring fire and explosion safety; the level of awareness and working capacity of specialized staff and the results of implementing the goals and targets of the Campaign “Managing and exploiting good, durable, safe weapons and technical equipment, savings, traffic safety” (Campaign 50)…

Through inspection, it has been shown that Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units strictly maintain order and economic structure regime, strictly implement measures to ensure warehouse safety, and fully build a system of documents and plans. Plan to ensure regular logistics and technical support, combat readiness, and a system of training documents according to prescribed orders. The ability to meet the needs of ensuring technical capacity for combat readiness, training and other unexpected tasks is basically good; The team of specialized technical staff promotes their capacity and responsibility, performs well the task of ensuring technical knowledge as well as strictly complying with regulations on weapon and equipment safety.

However, in some agencies and units, the results of implementing some targets of the 50th Campaign are not high; There has not been adequate attention to propaganda and encouragement of emulation spirit in agencies and units.

This inspection not only contributes to the substantive assessment of the implementation results of the Technical Program’s tasks, but is also the basis for evaluating, directing and guiding the unit to do a good job in preparing the preliminary review of the 50th Campaign in 2020. -2024.
