According to the investigation results, around the beginning of March 2024, through the social network Facebook, N. (born 2011, residing in Kon Tum province) got to know and texted with a subject named H. ( 15 years old, residing in the same locality) and then became close and intimate.
At the end of March 2024, H. texted N. and invited him to come visit. At this time, at H.’s house, there were also M and D., both 15 years old and residing locally.
When N. appeared, the subjects dragged N. into H.’s house, then took turns raping the victim. At this time, N. is not yet 13 years old.
After receiving the report from N.’s family, the authorities investigated, verified and took statements from the subjects.
Based on the collected documents, the Criminal Police Department, Kon Tum Provincial Police decided to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and temporarily detain H, M, D, to investigate the “action” Rape of a person under 16 years old”.
