Vietnam Traffic Safety Association is a professional social organization, non-profit operating on traffic safety in 5 specialized fields, including road, railway, waterway, maritime and aviation; Focus on social criticism, contributing to State management agencies in the field of building laws related to traffic safety in 5 specialized fields of the transport industry; propagate and disseminate legal education, raise awareness and skills of traffic participants, contributing to reducing traffic accidents throughout the country.
The Congress approved the directions and tasks for the 2024 – 2029 term, which determined that the Vietnam Traffic Safety Association needs to quickly strengthen the Association’s organizational apparatus, build and perfect operational regulations to improve the performance of the Association; Continue to coordinate with the Office of the National Traffic Safety Committee and specialized agencies of the Ministry of Transport to create conditions for the Association to participate in programs, conferences, and seminars related to traffic safety in the fields of road and traffic. railway, inland waterway, aviation and maritime.
In the new term, the Vietnam Traffic Safety Association continues to participate and contribute critical opinions in developing and amending legal documents related to the work of ensuring traffic order and safety, focusing on the following areas: Roads, railways and inland waterways are areas where traffic accidents remain high.
