Ha Long Carnaval 2024 program with the theme “Bright Wonders” officially opened at 8:10 p.m. on April 28, at Ocean Park Beach (Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh) . The program brings together more than 1,000 professional and amateur actors from inside and outside the province, along with the participation of international actors from China, Thailand, Laos, and Europe.
Carnaval Ha Long has a new form, including performances and parades on the sea and on the sandy shores of Ha Long Bay with elements of musical art, harmoniously combining history and culture to highlight Heritage – World Natural Wonder of Ha Long Bay at night, affirming the exceptional value of Ha Long Bay. This is also the first time creating a real-life art performance and Carnaval at sea in Vietnam.
