In particular, the Logistics Department has developed a detailed plan for using vehicles for each force, ensuring vehicles for access work, on-duty vehicles, mobile vehicles and vehicles at the ceremony site. concept. To ensure that no unexpected incidents occur, the Logistics Department has maintained 100% of the vehicles participating in the work of ensuring security and safety of commemorative activities in Dien Bien; proactively coordinate with the Traffic Police Department and the Technical and Professional Department of the Ministry of Public Security to check the security and safety of the entire vehicle system participating in the protection plan.

The Guard Command also selected officers with extensive experience driving on mountain passes and slopes and organized advanced driving training. During the training process, the unit chose complex routes for direct officers to practice proficiently.

“Right from the beginning of the year, the unit sent two delegations of officers to survey the route moving troops from Hanoi to Dien Bien; survey each place to eat and rest; refueling locations and repair locations along the route. to ensure the safety of people, vehicles and weapons and promptly fix and repair when incidents occur.

The Dien Bien Provincial Police Professional Training and Development Center is one of the military gathering points, however, this location only has a very small number of rooms and beds for officers and guards.
